HTML Project Restaurant

This document provides a mid-term report on a student project to develop a website for restaurants. The website will allow users to search for nearby restaurants, view their locations and information, read and leave remarks, participate in discussion forums, see offers and pictures, and get navigation directions. INTRODUCTION
As mentioned, our project is about “RESTAURANT” website. This system is
developed to automate day to day activity of a restaurant. Restaurant is a kind of
business that serves people all over world with ready-made food. This system is
developed to provide service facility to restaurant and also to the customer.

MOTIVE
Our main aim is to provide feedback of the restaurants to the people.

DESCRIPTION
Using our website user can easily search for the availability of nearby
restaurants and can easily locate the exact address of particular restaurants. User
can easily access any restaurant easily. Our website allows user to search online,
he or she can get information about restaurants, like nearby restaurants in the
city, location of particular restaurants and variety of food they are offering. User
can view the remarks on the particular restaurant given by others. User can give
the remark to a particular restaurant, discussion forum, availability of offers on
a particular restaurant. pictures of interiors of restaurant, directions to a
particular restaurant. We will be keeping every single information of the
restaurant in our website through which user can know the issues of the
restaurants. User can register to our website and can login to know for further
details. User can check our previous records

INFORMATION ABOUT RESTAURANTS


User will be able to know the information of nearby restaurants around the city,
like menu, about the food, etc.,

LOCATIONS OF RESTAURANTS
User will be able to locate the address of the restaurant. Location map is well
defined to make customers way easy to reach nearby restaurant.

REMARKS
User can view the remarks given by the previous viewers.
And also user can give the remarks to the restaurants.

DISCUSSION FORUM
User will be able to see the discussion forums, where it shows the discussion
between the previous users and restaurant managers.
By this user can have an idea about how the managers deals the feedbacks of
the customers.
OFFERS
User will be able to see the offers given by restaurants, which will be displayed
in the website.

PICTURES
User can see the overall view of restaurants through images like, food items,
well defined infrastructure inside the rooms and availabilities of facilities to the
customers.

NAVIGATION
After getting the location map of a restaurant, customer will be directly
connects to google maps. These google maps navigation takes customer to
nearby restaurant.
