Subject :- Construction of pilling, foundations, brick work, steel work and


other civil work.
Respected Sir,

Our labour rates for Construction of Building are following.


S.No. Description Rates Dimension
1. Providing Earth work in excavation (from 10/- CFT
N.G.L.) upto any depth
2. Providing P.C.C. (1:4:8) (100mm, 150mm) 1000/- CUM
under flooring, under foundation etc.
3. Providing R.C.C. laying vibration, finishing, 1000/- CUM
curing etc. will be provided in foundations,
columns, beams, slabs, floor etc.
4. Providing Brick work [l:6] will be provided 30/- SQFT
for 9" brick wall.
Brick work [1:4] will be provided for 4.5"
brick wall.
5. SHUTTERING— Steel shuttering with 28/- SQFT
leveling, placing [with Bailies or scaffolding]
will be used for all types of concrete work.
(Foundations, columns, beams, slabs etc.)
6. REINFORCEMENT— Steel cutting, placing 4800/- M.T.
and binding with wire will be done where
ever required in Footings, columns, Beams
and slab etc.
7. PLASTER—12m plaster will be provided for 15/- SQFT
inside/outside the wall up to 3 meter.
8. PILLING – Boring, installing, finishing etc.

b. 15’’ dia 230//- Per MT

c. 16’’ dia 240/- Per MT

d. 18’’ dia 250/- Per MT

TERMS AND CONDITIONS


1. G.S.T. will be charged extra as per applicable.
2. Water and electricity will be supplied by owner at free of cost.
3. There will be charged extra on typical design works.
4. Mobilization Advance amount is 3 lacs.
5. 10% of advance payment will be deducted from every running bill.
6. Running bill will be given every 15 days (Payment should be release within 2/3
days after given bill).
7. Space for labor huts & material stock at site will be provided by client.
8. Cut out will not be deducted from covered area.
9. This Quotation is applicable only on your given Drawings & specifications.
10.Final Bill will be made as per actual site measurements.
11.All material will be provided by client for construction work. (Cement, Sand,
Crasher, Steel, Bricks, Jute Bags etc.)
12.Only shuttering will be provided by contractor.
