The researchers are a group of fourth year accountancy students from the Polytechnic
University of the Philippines who are currently conducting an undergraduate research study on
BALANCED SCORECARD APPROACH TO THE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION OF THE
ACCOUNTANCY PROGRAMS OF SELECTED STATE UNIVERSITIES AND COLLEGES IN
METRO MANILA. In line of this, the researchers would like to request a few minutes of your time to
answer our questions. Rest assured that all the information to be gathered will be held confidential
