Build Instructions:
Cut lumber to size.

Mark all screw holes.

Lay out the pieces for the exterior rails and stiles.
Pre-drill through your marks on the rail into the
stile. Screw the frame together.

Check that the frame is square by using a tape


measure to measure the diagonal. Both diagonal
measurements should be the same. Adjust the
8' frame to square if needed.

Lay out the interior toggles. Pre-drill through your


marks on the stile into the toggle. Screw the
frame together.

Skin with luan. Ensure all screw heads are flush


4' with the frame and skin. Sand all rough edges.
