Course Application

Attached are readings about VUCA. You may search for other literatures about VUCA to enlighten you
on the topic.

Interview at least four school managers from different units in the school of your choice. ( examples:
Academic program, General Services, Alumni Unit, Research and Development, Marketing and Public
Relations, Finance unit, etc.). Each school manager should manage a different unit.

What are the leadership challenges faced by school managers in the VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty,
Complexity and Ambiguity) world? Cite specific scenarios. How did they survive the chaos?

Analyze qualitative data by coding, classifying, classifying, and identifying themes. Present in table form.
