PM Checklist

A) Pneumatic Tube

☑ 1) Check and clean compressor, replace piston rings if necessary.

☑ 2) Check tubing's for dirt and damages, replace if necessary.

☑ 3) Check tubing nipples.

B) Main Unit Pneumatic System

☑ 1) Check and clean the pressure and vacuum lines, change if necessary.

☑ 2) Check bellows unit, needle valve, related tubing and connector, clean if necessary.

☑ 3) Clean pressure and vacuum nipples.

☑ 4) Check Pressure (0.5 ± 0.07kg/cm²), adjust if necessary.

☑ 5) Check Vacuum (250 ± 10mmHg ), adjust if necessary.

☑ 6) Clean Vacuum Trap Chamber and check for cracks.

☑ 7) Check and Clean Orifice.

C) Main Unit Hydraulic


PM Checklist

☑ 1) Clean Waste Chamber

☑ 2) Clean Trap Chamber

☑ 3) Clean Rinse Cup assembly and mechanism.

☑ 4) Clean SRV assembly

☑ 5) Clean ASP Pipette.

☑ 6) Clean RBC/WBC Transducers and Chambers

☑ 7) Check on dirty and damaged tubing's.

☑ 8) Clean waste nipple (rear of analyzer)

D) Main Unit Adjustments

☑ 1) Clog adjustment for WBC and RBC Transducers

☑ 2) Adjustment of HGB Unit - Blank 2000 ± 100

☑ 3) Adjust Standard Sensitivity (W-MFV, R-MCV)

E) General

☑ 1) Perform background check.

☑ 2) Measure "eightcheck" in "QC Mode" and Analyse normal human blood sample, adjust if necessary.

☑ 3) Reset counter for WC, detector and SRV if replaced.

☑ 4) Check Printer & Keyboard

F) Counter

☑ 1) Total Counter

☑ 2) SRV
