    Global warming is one of the most severe disasters caused by human beings. We, I use
    this pronoun because I’m incluided in this group, are devastating the Earth’s resources
    and crippling its ecological foundations for countless generations to come. I’m going to
    list some of the severe effects of Global warming.
    Effects of global warming:
     More frequent and severe weather: Higher temperatures are triggering many
    types of disasters, including storms, heat waves, floods, and droughts. And as a
    result, many people are going to die in those natural disasters, because they are
    natural ones, it means that it’s difficult to stop them.

     Higher death rates: There are more hot days in places where people aren't used
    to it. Hundreds of heat-related deaths occur each year due to life-threatening
    illnesses, such as heat exhaustion, heatstroke, and cardiovascular and kidney
    diseases. But one of the most dangerous disease is sunburn. Don’t you believe it?
    This can cause skin cancer, so it has no cure. Imagine that!

     Species extinction: As humans, we face a host of challenges, but we're certainly


    not the only ones catching heat. As land and sea undergo rapid changes, the
    animals that inhabit them are doomed to disappear if they don't adapt quickly
    enough. By 2030, animals and plants will have extincted.
    But what can we do to prevent these effects?
     Get charged up with renewables: Renewable energy is the best choice for the
    environment and the economy. For instance, tidal power and solar power are
    limitless supplies to fuel the whole world.

     Change your commute: For example, taking public transportation or riding a


    bike are some of the ways to reduce transportation emissions that affect our world.

     Speak up: What’s the single biggest way you can make an impact on global
    climate change? Talk to your friends and family, and make sure your
    representatives are making good decisions. If we do this, we will raise people’s
    awareness about global warming.

     Reduce deforestation: Reducing tropical deforestation can significantly lower


    global warming emissions. Indeed, we can plant more trees to get reacquainted
    with our nature.

    In conclusion, human activities are causing a massive, rapid and worldwide extinction of
    the human life, plants and animal species, it means that future generations won’t have the
    opportunity to enjoy the pleasures of the world. The government and people in general
    must take action on global warming because it’s a problem that affect our lives.
