AECES MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. AECES members must be confined to students who are currently enrolled in the
Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE) program from first (1st) to fifth
(5th) year levels.

2. Non-organization members are restricted to join any activities representing the AECES
organization.

3. Members are required to pay the membership fee implemented by the organization
and approved by the Campus Club Organization (CCO).

4. Every member is compelled to join and participate every activity set by AECES or
other org-related activities.

5. Membership is valid for an academic year only, hence, old members must renew
their membership annually.

6. When a student violated the terms and conditions mentioned in numbers one to five
(1-5), he/she will be subjected to one or more of the following sanctions:

a. failure to pay the membership fee : member must comply any material/equipment
amounting to twice of the membership fee

b. failure to attend an org-related activity without valid reason : member must render
a two to three-hour cleaning service to ECE rooms

c. failure to comply sanctions : suspension of membership for one-semester
