finish this paper. This paper titled “Real Job Practice At Java Heritage Hotel
Purwokerto”. With gather data which author gets and studied from field work
practice at a place that author did field work practice at Java heritage hotel

JAVA HERITAGE HOTEL
Java Heritage Hotel Purwokerto is a luxury hotel located in the heart of business
district. Our hotel is convenient to several interest place and have gorgeous views
of Slamet Mountain.
Java Heritage Hotel features 169 Rooms, Deluxes, Suites, Cottages, 16 Meeting
Rooms, Grand Ballroom, and Convention Center. We also have the largest parking
area which carried up to 500 cars, the biggest and the best Lagoon/Pool in Central
Java with 96 metre wide. The Hotel also surrounded by central of entertainment
such as Marcopolo Spa, Fitness Center, Aerobic Studio, and Club&KTV (Cheers!
Never Ending Party).
As the largest hotel in town, we provide a variety of authentic food and beverage
outlets. We also have a rooftop, which can be a perfect place to get a nice view of
the city. Our luxurious facilities which mixed with Javanese culture will generate
an unforgottable experiences.
For your MICE Needed, we provide you a Krisna Ballroom which can acomodate
up to 850 people. In other side we also have Hastinapura Convention Center, the
largest venue which can acomodate up to 2000 people. We also have a meeting
building which consist of 16 meeting rooms with a complete meeting facilities and
equipments.

working in food and beverage departement division food production, The food and
beverage department is part of the hotel that takes care of and is responsible for the
needs of food and beverage services and other related needs, from both resident and
non-resident guests and is managed commercially and professionally.
1. Food and beverage front (front service) That part directly related to the
guests, consisting of bars, restaurants, banquet and room service.
2. Food and beverage the back (back service) That part that is not directly
related to the guest because they have to go through intermediary waiter,
consisting of kitchen, stewarding.
1. Sell foods and drinks as much as possible with the appropriate price.
2. Providing the best service to the guests so that guests feel satisfied. This
concerns the quality of food and beverage quality service, employee
attitude, room decoration and surrounding atmosphere, equipment used
and sanitation.
