The basic issue raised in the case was that the posts in the company against

Section 25 and 26 to frame rules and regulations for the same.

In written petition the petitioner side said that rules and regulations have been

CONCLUSION-

The moot court visit organised by our very experienced, proficient teacher and
our very own guide Dr. R.K. Yadav on 4th April 2018, seemed to be a great
experience for the us as law students. Only because of efforts from our highly
active and learned professor we were able to see real life court proceedings
instead of the moot court simulation that we take part in. We were told to make
notes of the same by our professor who wanted us to thoroughly analyse the
proceedings so that we could understand the basics of litigation and apply the
same for our benefit. At the end of moot court visit, the students were highly
inspired. It is only because of hard work and help and so much of efforts that
were put in for the students from our eminent professor Dr. R.K. Yadav that we
got to learn so much that day. Dr R.K. Yadav taught us during the court visit the
standard of conduct that we as an advocate shall be following, he taught us the
true spirit of advocacy that shows up in every great lawyer. We as students are
highly obliged to thank him for putting in so much of efforts and to make our
court visit a really informative one.
