Dear Sir/Madam:
Congratulations. We are glad to inform you that you passed the Certified Tax Technician
(CTT) Examination given in NAGA CITY last March 17, 2018.
You are now eligible to become a member of the Philippine Association of Certified Tax
Technicians (PACTT), Inc.
In registering yourself with the association (from May 1-15, 2018, NO EXTENSION:
LATE REGISTRANTS WILL BE FINED P500, BEYOND SIX (6) MONTHS AFTER THE
DEADLINE WILL BE DISQUALIFIED), kindly observe the following
procedure/instructions:
1. Accomplish the attached Membership Application Form (MAF). The form is
downloadable from our website;
2. Pay the membership fee of P700 via bank-to-bank transaction at our Metrobank
Checking Account No. 007-508-00208-0. The account name is Omar Erasmo G.
Ampongan. Upon deposit of the membership fee, please send thru email the scanned
deposit slip with your name written in it (together with the MAF and photo) to this
email address. In your email message, kindly use the subject NAGA CITY or you may
personally submit in our office in Naga.
3. Kindly send to us a separate file of your scanned photo in order to have a clearer image
in your Identification Card.
4. Wait for at least one-and-a-half (1 1/2) months from the date of filing your MAF to
receive your Rating, Identification Card, laptop case and Certificate of Membership. If
your address cannot be reached by a courier, you shall be informed thru SMS text.
5. Your membership shall be renewable every five (5) years and will entitle you to attend
our seminars for free (except minimal expenses to cover the cost of food and venue)
anywhere in the Philippines in order to upgrade and continuously update your
knowledge in taxation.

Your attendance in at least two (2) seminars (sponsored by the association) within the five
(5) year period is a requirement in the renewal of your membership.
If you are a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and wanting to earn Continuing Professional
Development (CPD) units in the seminar/s, you will shoulder minimal expenses in registering
your attendance with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).
You shall also be entitled to other benefits that will be provided by the association.
We wish you all the best for your future career. I hope you keep succeeding with such flying
colors.
