Hardware Engineer - Power Electronics

In our Corporate Technology R & D center, we deal with software, hardware, validation, and
mechanical design. The results of our work can be found in many of Siemens' industrial
automation and rail transport products.

Opportunity to work on the project: SINAMICS, SIMODRIVE, POSMO or MASTERDRIVES. We are


part of the development and production support for the equipment of the mentioned
series. Engage in collaborative development of configurable converters, unique LOW - voltage
drives, such as an AC servo motor with integrated drive control or intelligent deceleration
positioning drive, MasterDrive - featuring power modules and modular systems that can be
combined for customer applications.

Your task will be

 Full deployment of SINAMICS, SIMODRIVE, MASTERDRIVES


 Design of electrical circuit, phase layout support
 Preparation case test procedures, prototype testing
 Production of technical documentation - Industrial Grade design
 Cooperation with R & D and production in Germany

What we will appreciate

 Higher education (Power Electronics, Drives, Electronics, Control, etc.)


 Knowledge of power engineering - semiconductor switching elements, design of filters,
design of chokes
 Basic knowledge of principles of drive and drive control
 Work experience in the design system (CR5000, OrCAD, Mentor Graphics)
 EMC orientation
 Team spirit, alllytic and systemic thinking
 English, or German language
