I am pleased to present to you my interest to apply for a teaching position in your
institution. I have earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Education Major in
MAPEH in Southern Leyte State University – College of Teacher Education.
During my Student Teaching Training in Divisoria National High School and SLSU –
CTE Laboratory High School, I was exposed to various methods of teaching and ways
to interact with the children. My ability to teach a complex subject in a simple way
makes my application for teacher a valid and just cause. Although it is true that I have
not worked as a professional teacher before yet, I believe I do have the mindset and
ability for teaching the students in the correct way.
Through this experience, I have demonstrated the ability to work independently as well
as become a valued team member. In addition to my internship, my communication and
leadership skills have been cultivated through my extracurricular involvement.
I believe that I have a lot to offer your organization. I am keen to develop my
professional skills and look forward to discussing my application with you at an
