Procedure for New User Registration through Mobile Banking App:

1. Use NEW USER? Button on SHGB mBanking App Home Screen.

2. Enter Account Number (14 Digit bank A/C Number) in Account ID column and
choose facility (View / View and transaction)

3. OTP will be sent to registered mobile number. Same is to enter as per below
screen shot.

4. New screen will appear after OTP authentication as per below screen shot.

Enter Account Id, 16 digit Active Debit Card No and ATM card PIN and click on
CONTINUE Button.

5. After Account number, card number and PIN authentication, Screen for Choose
Sign In and Transaction Password will appear as per below screen shot.

6. Successful Screen will appear as below. Please note down your User ID
mentioned in below screen. Same will be User Id for Login.

Note: User will be enabled within 1-2 Business Days. After Login First Time, SHGB
mBankingApp will ask for password change.
