Aim : To achieve full immunization coverage for all children in the country by 2020

prevented by vaccination:Whooping cough ,Hepatitis B, Diphtheria,
Tetanus, Polio, Tuberculosis

second phase & around 82 districts are in the States of Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan
and Madhya Pradesh.
