Students hired through this channel would be groomed to work on challenging digital engagements and
trending technologies in areas like Internet of Things, Big Data & analytics, Cloud Computing, Artificial
Intelligence etc. Some of the roles that they would be assigned are:

 Full tack Developers

 DevOps Engineers

 Data Scientists

 Product Engineers

 Systems Research Engineers, etc.

Compensation

The TCS Digital Hires shall be offered a differential compensation in the range of 7 – 7.2 LPA and would
have a distinct and high growth career path.
