Sir:

In the year 2016, the Local Government Unit of Daram submitted a proposal to
your esteemed agency requesting for funding on the construction of Wharf in
Barangay Canloloy and Barangay San Roque, Daram, Samar. Fortunately, our
proposal was approved for funding by your good office amounting to 5,000,000-peso
for each barangay.

However, the construction of Wharf project in Barangay Canloloy was already


implemented in the year 2017 utilizing the fund from the Barangay Local Government
Unit and Municipal Local Government Unit.

In this regard, we are humbly requesting that the 5-million Project fund for
Barangay Canloloy be transferred to Barangay San Roque. This request was made
as the Wharf in Barangay San Roque needs more repair and the 5-million fund allotted
to it would not suffice the expenses.

Moreover, we are also respectfully requesting for the download of fund from the
Department of Transportation to the Local Government Unit of Daram duly supported
with a Memorandum of Agreement to be able to start the construction of wharf project
in Barangay San Roque.
