Archibal D. Ranido, the current Program Head of the Bachelor of Technology Program, authorized Mary Grace June B. Gagatiga to act on his behalf in all matters relating to the B.O.T. Program from June 25, 2018 until further notice. This authorization includes filing and receiving documents from B.O.T. faculties as well as signing any documents related to the program. Any acts carried out by Mary Grace June B. Gagatiga on behalf of Archibal D. Ranido will have the same effect as if Archibal D. Ranido carried out the acts himself.

I, the undersigned, Archibal D. Ranido, current Program Head of Bachelor of


Technology Program, hereby authorized Ms. Mary Grace June B. Gagatiga, to act
on my behalf in all manners relating to all dealings with B.O.T. Program. This may
include filing and receiving of documents from all B.O.T. faculties, including signing
of all documents related to the program. Any and all acts carried out by Ms. Mary
Grace June B. Gagatiga on my behalf shall have the same effect as acts of my own.
This matter shall take effect from June 25, 2018 until further notice. Hoping for your
kind consideration.
