 Huda : Good morning. Please have a seat.


 Dimas : Thank you.
 Huda : So, your name is Dimas right?
 Dimas : Yes Sir.
 Huda : I am Huda, the head of human resource department in this company.
 Dimas : Nice to meet you sir.
 Huda : Are you ready for the job interview?
 Dimas : Yes, of course.
 Huda : How do you know about job vacancy in this company? What makes you interested to apply
as a quality control in this company?
 Dimas : I read an ad in the newspaper, Sunday edition. I am interested to apply for Quality control
because I think I have the ability to be in that position. In addition, I am also an industrial
engineering graduate.
 Huda : Do you have any job experiences at the same position?
 Dimas : No Sir. I am a fresh graduate.
 Huda : Do you have the ability to master the measuring instruments ?, Can you read engineering
drawings?
 Dimas : I can use the measuring tool and read the drawing well
 Huda : what is taught your lecture
 Dimas : yes sir, all taught my lecture
 Huda : Very well. So, what is your strength and weakness point?
 Dimas : My strength is my spirit and my responsibility in doing something. I also like to learn new
things. My weakness is I am afraid of height.
 Huda : Well, it was a great time to have an interview with you. I thought you are a great candidate
to fill up the position. I will call you later after the board of directors make a decision. Thank you
for coming Dimas.
 Dimas : You are welcome Sir.
