• IT Education Curriculum for Higher Education
• A curriculum is considered the “heart” of any learning
Institutions in the Philippines as described in institution which means that schools or universities
CMO 25 Series of 2015 & CMO 46 Series of cannot exist without a curriculum.
2012: • With its importance in formal education,
PRESCRBES “shift to learning competency-based the curriculum has become a dynamic process due to
standards / outcomes-based education”; and, the changes that occur in our society. (Alvior, 2014)
