We at BCIPS , strive to shape our students into leaders of tomorrow who will contribute in nation

building equipped with sound academics and leadership skills boundless enthusiasm and unbridled
zeal.

Thus, the students of the batch are groomed with an eye on holistic development and are
competent to successfully meet and execute the challenges of the business in the cooperate world.
Participation in co-curricular activities develops and strengthens self-confidence and creates a
specialized skill which gives a sense of responsibilities to further strive in the professional
environment.

Being constantly dynamic in our curriculum , we espouse flexibility to quickly respond to the rapidly
changing global social-eco conditions and can efficiently adapt the best practices of the leading
business companies in the last year, our students get a thorough understanding of Indian business
reality and a deep internal perspective by doing internship in leading companies.
