    CLASS XI ORIENTATION, DATE & TIME FOR ADMISSION- 2018
    Please Read the instructions carefully.
    1) Admission Date for all Groups (A, B C & D): Thursday 7th June, 2018.
    2) Admission Process – The admission process will start at 8.00 a.m.
    Kindly bring the following documents.
    1) Admit Card.
    2) Three (3) passport size photographs. (with parents 1)
    3) Original Mark Sheet.
    4) Original Migration Certificate.
    5) Original School Leaving Certificate.
    6) Character/ Conduct certificate
    7) Photo copy of Aadhar card
    8) Christian Children should submit the Original Baptism
    Certificate.
    Collect the Admission Form from the office. After filling the forms and
    verification of the certificates, take the signature of the Principal and then
    submit the same to the Accounts Office and collect the Fee Book.
    3) Total Amount ( for one year to be paid on the day of admission)
    Group A (Science with Eco.) Rs.59,050/-
    Group B (Biology with Math’s) Rs.60,050/-
    Group C (Science with I.P.) Rs.62,050/-
    Group D (Commerce with Math’s ) Rs.57,050/-
    4) Deposit the fees on the same day in the AXIS Bank, Digha Branch, in front
    of St. Michael’s High School, Patna. PLEASE DEPOSIT THE FEES BY
    CASH OR D/D. DD in favour of ST. MICHAEL’S HIGH SCHOOL.
    5) The School reserves the right to cancel your admission
    without further notice if the fees is not deposited on the same
    day.
    6) Fees once deposited WILL NOT BE REFUNDED for any reason.
    7) Health Record : Please download from the school website, circular
    no.15 dated 24th February, 2012 of CBSE and submit the filled in
    form at the time of admission.
    8) ORIENTATION PROGRAMME for Groups A &B will be held on Friday 22nd
    June , 2018 at 7.30 a.m. Kindly be seated by 7: 20 a.m. in the School Hall.
    9) ORIENTATION PROGRAMME for Groups C &D will be held on Saturday
    23rd June , 2018 at 7.30 a.m. Kindly be seated by 7: 20 a.m in the School
    Hall.
    All are expected to attend the Orientation programme and the
    parents are expected to accompany the student and not the grandparents.
    10) Classes for Std. XI will commence from 25th June , 2018.
    SCHOOL UNIFORM FOR GIRLS :

    UNIFORM will be a maroon kurta with white salwar and white dupatta.

    SALWAR - Simple with not too many gathers (no Patiala)


    The lower edge (Mohri) should not be more than 15 inches in width.

    DUPATTA- 2¼ metres long, white cotton dupatta properly stitched at the edges.
    It should be starched, folded and neatly pinned up on both shoulders.

    SHOES- Black, plain, school shoes.
