Fig. 2, and remove lower chuck assembly(B).

4. Remove two screws (C) Fig. 2, that fasten table
mountingbracket(D) to drive shaft housing.

5. Remove table mounting bracket (D), as shown in

6. Removescrews(E)or spacers(F)Fig.4, andremove


driveshafthousing(G).NOTE:lf scrollsaw is supplied
withbeltguard,spacers(F)aresuppliedinsteadof screws. F i g .4

8. Using allen wrench, remove two screws (K), one
locatedon top of the other, and remove lower plunger
assembly(L) Fig.6. Tableclampplungerring (M) Fig.6,
can then be removedfrom opening on side of casting.

throughtableclamp ring (N) and into bushingin bottom
of casting.Assemblewasher(Referto #11 Fig. 1) over
pin of new plungerassembly(O) and place one end of F i g .1 8
connectinglink (P)on pin of plungerassemblyas shown
i n F i g .1 8 .

20. Holdtableclampring(N) Fig. 18, in the up position


and replacetable bracket(a) Fig. 19, threadingthe two
screws(R) into the two holes in the table clamp ring.

21. Assemblenew gasket(S) Fig. 19,in positionon drive


shafthousing.Placewasher(Referto #11 Fig.1)overpin
\--(T) of driveshaft housingand assemblehousingto side
of scrollsaw.Makecertainpin (T)Fig.19,is insertedinto
