COMPUTER LABORATORY

1. Lab users must sign in and out of the lab.


2. NO FOOD, DRINK, OR USE OF TOBACCO IN ANY FORM is allowed in the lab.2
3. TURN OFF CELL PHONES! If you need to use it, please take it to the hallway.
4. Maintain proper and courteous communication. No obnoxious or belligerent behavior
will be tolerated.
5. Please operate the equipment with respect and care.
6. Put your garbage on the garbage can.
7. Software and Hardware are managed by ICT admin, so ask for guidance or any
information
8. Proper use of media and other application is highly recommended
9. Always wear your shoe pad.
SHOP RULES

7. Log In to your designated TOOL KEEPER if borrowing of tools and materials
8. Ask your teacher for clarification and other concerns.

CONSEQUENCES:
For SHS Students Using COMP LAB.
First Violation: The violator will receive a written warning from the SHS ICT In-charge.
Second Violation: The violator will clean inside the computer laboratory.
Third Violation: The violator will be banned for one week from entering the computer lab.

For SHS-CSS Students


First Violation: The violator will receive a written warning from the SHS ICT/Teacher?
Instructor.
Second Violation: The violator will clean inside the computer laboratory.
Third Violation: The violator will do fatigue work throughout Campus.
Below signatures are students conformed to used CSS – SHOP (Grade 11)
