Mr. Inalgan,

This is to inform you, that Heads and School Officials Bontoc National High
School, decided not to renew the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) for your services as
watchman of the school. Teachers living within the campus premises reports various
incidents of irregularities concerning your duty as a watchman of the school. School
officials repeatedly warned you not to do the same unrighteous habits in the workplace,
but despite repeated warnings, you did not listen. Therefore, for the benefit of the
institution, it is unanimously decided that your services is only up to May 20, 2018
(Sunday).
