Introduction
The sections of this document each have a specific purpose as outlined on the cover pages; however
the ultimate goal is to provide STRUMIS with as much up-front information about your business and
software requirements so that we are best able to tailor the implementation to suit your specific
needs.

Purpose
This document is intended to gather as some key information about your company before
implementing and training STRUMIS. The overall implementation of STRUMIS is split into 3 basic
elements; Software Installation and Set-up, Training and Go-Live. STRUMIS provides a professional
on-site service to perform each element of the software Implementation.

Training Requirements

The Training plan will be sent with the Implementation survey, the training plan is tried and tested,
and delivered in the best order of sequence to underpin the knowledge required. We appreciate
that juggling business as usual and training, sometimes affects the order of sequence.

To allow STRUMIS to be delivered effectively please complete the STRUMIS TRAINING – Candidate
Attendee List Please be advised to order your on-site implementation early as there can be
between 8 - 12 week lead times due to varying demand on our teams throughout the year.

Training Resources
In order to deliver the training effectively and for the candidates to underpin the knowledge
received, we recommend that training PC’s are available during the training duration and a suitable
room. If there is also the advantage of a projector to aid the training delivery could we ask this is
booked for the duration? The recommendation of a maximum of 2 candidates to one PC for
training, with a maximum of 8 per training session.
