“A parcel of land (Lot No. 2603 of the Cadastral Survey of San Narciso,
Cadastral Case No. 12, L.R.C. Castral Record No. 377), situated in the
Barrio of San Juan, Municipality of San Narciso, Province of Zambales.
Rounded on the NE by Lot No. 9148; on the SE. by Lot No. 9147; on the
SW. by a road; and on the NW. by Lot no. 6594. Beginning at a point
marked “1” on plan, being N. 7 deg. 47’W., 803.24 m., from N.B.W. No.
21; thence S. 0 deg. 50’E., 6420 m. to point 2; S. 8 deg. 16’W., 10.30m. to
point 3; S. 2 deg. 37’W., 7.67 m. to point 4; N. 73 deg. 32’W., 45.81 m. to
point 5; N. 76 deg. 23’E., 46.99 m. to the point of beginning; containing
an area of FIVE HUNDRED AND FORTY TWO (542) SQUARE METERS,
more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan; bearings
true; date of survey, August, 1918-November, 1920.”
III. I give and bequeath to my children, Tito, Vic and Joey, in equal
shares, all my other property, real and personal, whatsoever and
wheresoever located;
