ASSUMPTIONS & RISKS
Any significant departure from the requirements will merit
reconsideration of time and cost estimated in this proposal.
We assume content and other details will be provided by
the client before development. This has a direct impact on
our ability to deliver the website on time.
Unless otherwise specified by Client, Greenlemon will follow
its own coding standards and development methodology.
Idle time apart from mutually agreed delay in response
time will lead to reconsideration of schedule and
estimation.
The project will be considered “on hold” if idle time
exceeds more than one month or 30 days .Client shall settle
the outstanding amount based on the percentage of
project completed.
Greenlemon needs 10 days time for re-initiating the project
and re-planning the team once the project is put “on hold”
status.
Scope of the project will be based on the agreed time and
efforts mentioned in the project plan. Any
significant feature change (implicit or explicit) exceeding
the estimated time will be considered as a change request
and will be charged additionally.
Development of the project will take place at
Greenlemon’s development center in Calicut, Kerala.

It is assumed that communication link will be up and
running at both provider and client ends, all through the
project.
Client will nominate one person who will function as the
Project Coordinator
Acceptance testing will be carried out by the client and
should be completed within 4 days after deployment
CHANGE REQUEST P ROCESS
Our technical team will analyze every change request received
from client. If the change requires significant time and effort, the
same will be notified to client and appropriate effort and
schedule slippage will be notified to client for approval.

VALIDITY
This proposal shall remain valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar
days from the date of submission.
