    SERVICE AGREEMENT

    08 February 2017

    This Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) sets out the terms upon which THE SERVICE PROVIDER shall
    provide THE CUSTOMER with certain services effective as of 8th of February, 2017 (the “Effective Date”).

    1. PARTIES

    This agreement is concluded between:

    On the one hand, Aragon (UK) LLP, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of United
    Kingdom, having its registered office at address: Second Floor, De Burg House, Market Road, Essex, SS12
    0BB Wickford, United Kingdom, hereinafter referred to as “THE SERVICE PROVIDER”

    On the other hand, and Vela de Jerusalen, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of
    _____________, having its registered office at address: ______________________________, hereinafter
    referred to as hereinafter referred to as "THE CUSTOMER”, represented by its Director,
    ______________________;

    2. SERVICES

    THE SERVICE PROVIDER shall provide the following services (“Services”) to the THE CUSTOMER in
    accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement:

    - Open and operate an account on stripe.com (“STRIPE-ACCOUNT”)


    - Maintain and run the STRIPE-ACCOUNT on behalf of THE CUSTOMER
    - Transfer the funds received from the STRIPE-ACCOUNT to THE CUSTOMER’s account
    - Provide THE CUSTOMER with statistical data regarding the usage of the STRIPE-ACCOUNT

    THE SERVICE PROVIDER provides the above-mentioned services to THE CUSTOMER because THE
    CUSTOMER, on his own, is not able to establish and run the STRIPE-ACCOUNT due to non-availability of
    the required language skill of THE CUSTOMER operational staff.

    3. FEES

    As consideration for the provision of the Services THE SERVICE PROVIDER shall receive a fee equivalent of
    3% of the amount received from the STRIPE-ACCOUNT.
    4. PAYMENT

    The fees shall be subtracted automatically from every payment from THE SERVICE PROVIDER’s account to
    THE CUSTOMER’s account.

    Any charges payable under this Agreement are exclusive of any applicable taxes and such shall be payable
    by THE CUSTOMER to THE SERVICE PROVIDER in addition to all other charges payable hereunder.

    5. TERM AND TERMINATION

    This Agreement shall be effective on the date hereof and shall continue for an unlimited period. In the
    event that either Party wishes to terminate this Agreement, that Party will be required to provide no less
    than thirty (30) days’ notice to the other party.

    6. CONFIDENTIALITY

    Neither Party will disclose any information of the other which comes into its possession under or in
    relation to this Agreement and which is of a confidential nature.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this Agreement has been signed in duplicate by THE SERVICE PROVIDER and by
    THE CUSTOMER. Each party to this Agreement acknowledges having received an original Agreement
    signed by THE SERVICE PROVIDER and by THE CUSTOMER.
