This book is credible source, because it is written by someone who lived through
the holocaust. All things written in the book are true, because he saw everything with his
own eyes. Another reason is the book has received numerous awards for this book.
He talks about different themes and important details throughout his book
and explains how everyone was indifferent at one point whether it is a solider, Jew,
countries who aren’t stepping in to help, or the people at home. He also talks about how

the solider treated the prisoners as they are not real humans. For example, they would put
only one bucket of water in the train and expect them to share it all and up to 80 of them
were in a train at a time. Also, the trains are not nice, they would be packed like sardines
into a cattle car. Finally, with loss of faith, everyone in the camps lost all faith in God and
thought why He would put them in a situation like that if he really loved them.
The book goes on and talks about so many different topics in the holocaust. How
they would treat them like animals, and that’s how lucky people would be if they were in
Schindler factory because he treated them with more respect. The selection process
decides who lived and who died, as Schindler attempted to write down every single name
he could think of to save people from not having to make it the selection process but
instead in safety in his factory. Schindler treated with his Jews with so much respect
compared to how they were treated at Auschwitz. Jews were so thankful when they were
able to go to his factory and help him instead of being killed by the Nazi and SS.
