SUBJECT: “CONTRACT OF AFFILIATION –BY AND BETWEEN THE PROVINCIAL


GOVERNMENT OF COMPOSTELA VALLEY and LAAK INSTITUTE
FOUNDATION, INC. ”

This refers to the Contract of Affiliation between Compostela Valley Provincial


Hospital (Laak) and Laak Foundation, Inc., to have their Senior Highschool
Students on TVL-Track on Caregiving to undergo internship activity of the
aforesaid hospital;

Upon close perusal of the said agreement, this office opines that the said
Contract of Affiliation is valid in its entirety and with no legal infirmity.

Corollarily, kindly secure legislative authority from the Sangunniang


Panlalawigan before the Governor will sign the said Agreement.
