Guidelines for B.

Tech Project Work

1. The project selected should be related to the curriculum.

2. Each group should keep a project diary which will be a record of progress in the
work. The guide may give instructions regarding the work in the diary itself.
Students should obtain the signature of the guide in the diary every week during
project period. The project diary will be evaluated at the time of final
presentation.

3. Each project group should submit a project proposal comprising the following
information.
• Project title
• List of students and the assigned roles of each student
• Objective of the project
• Expected final outcome
• Facilities required
• Expected expenditure
• Project schedule in the specified format (example given below)

4. The proposals signed by the guide should be submitted on or before 28-07-2009

5. Prepare for a mid-term presentation and submission of interim report by the end
of S7.

6. Final presentation of the project work will be by the end of S8 Classes.
