    SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

    accordance with the law, hereby authorize, appoint and constitute:

    Labor and Employment;
    d. Application for 9G visa with the Bureau of Immigration;
    e. Application for Emigration Clearance Certificate/Exit Clearance with
    the Bureau of Immigration;
    f. Application for ACR I-Card with the Bureau of Immigration;
    g. Implementation of my 9G visa with the Bureau of Immigration;
    h. Other government applications and transactions related to the
    foregoing.

    HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said attorneys-in fact full


    powers and authority to do and perform every acts and things of whatever
    requisite and necessary to be done in and about the premises, including the
    authority to obtain and pick-up my downgrading order, passport with stamped
    tourist or 9G visa, ACR I-Card, Emigration Clearance Certificate/Exit Clearance
    and other permits or documents and hereby ratifying and confirming all that my
    said attorneys-in-fact shall do or cause to be done under and by virtue of these
    presents.
