1.Display and Operation Panel

2.Standby mode
The left digital display shows “P” on standby mode, the right digital display
shows the current needle position, picture 1 shows the upper and lower needle
position

3.Speed adjust
The panel shows “P”, short press or to adjust speed up 100RPM
and down 100RPM, long-press ( ) speed rapidly up (down),parameters
are autosaved.
4.Needle position adjust

The panel shows “P”, press to set the position up or down. Parameters
are autosaved.

5.Parameter settings
In the standby interface press and for 3 seconds, enter the interface of
parameter settings. The first tube display F, the second tube doesn’t display.(it called F
interface, one of the setting interfaces) , showed as picture 2
F interface
after entering the parameter setting interface press to change the parameter
number, press ,will show the corresponding parameter values, then press
again to change the parameter values, after changing it, press to save it, on the
panel will show OK (showed in the picture 3), then return to the interface of
parameter number, if the parameter doesn’t change, it will directly return to the
interface of parameter number. In the parameter setting interface motor will back to
standby interface. The serial number on will be recycling on the F interface as
followed:

6.Power Display
Enter into “system parameter setting mode”，press and change to“w”
parameter mode，then press will real-time display the current power consumption
of machine。When the machine is not working ,press will return “w” parameter
mode。
7. Reset to Factory Defaults Parameter

In stand-by mode ， press for 3 seconds ， All the parameters of the restore
factory Settings，the panel shows“oK”。
8.Durability test
Press for 3s enter durability test, during onely the first digital tube show “T” .
Durability parameters are described as follows. If the motor is running when setting
the durability parameter, it exits to the standby interface, In the setting of durability
parameters if the motor is running out to the standby interface in the durability of the
short button after the machine will enter he durable mode of operation in the short
duration of the short button to exit the normal sewing mode.

9.A Key to clear the error

When machine shows error, Please press the to recheck if the error still exist.
If is not, it means already clear. Or still exist shows the error (this function only for E4,
E5 and E6); when the system show the E5 (Position signal error), please press the
to turn off the needle position function until the error clear. If still error, please check
the machine with error code as follow:

11.Error code list
Error code Reasons Solutions

The motor run out of load capacity, please reduce the load
Motor stuck capacity for the motor and then restart the motor
E1 The plug of motor Please check if the plug of motor loose or drop
loose or drop Please check if the sewing material is too heavy
Please check if the machine needs lubrication.
Motor controller Motor used too much ,Restart machine after several minutes,
