I. Course Summary
Openbravo POS is a point of sale application designed for touch screens,
supports ESC/POS receipt printers, customer displays and barcode scanners. It is
multiuser and has a great backoffice with a product entry form, reports and charts.
This is a 2 days training for partners, potential partners and users. The
objectives are to learn about the functionalities of Openbravo POS and how to
successfully install and configure it to match the users' requirements.

II. Audience: Who is training aimed at?


This training is intended for current partners, consultants, developers, and any
trainee looking to analyze the capabilities of Openbravo POS and/or implement it.
It is also very valuable for current Openbravo ERP implementors and users
that want to complement Openbravo ERP with a point of sale application.

IV. Requirements
Participants will be required to bring a laptop to the training. It is
recommendable that a java IDE (such as Eclipse) is installed in the laptop. A
working Openbravo ERP installation is also required to perform the integration
exercises.
Participants are expected to have a general understanding of POS systems
and must be knowledgeable in SQL and java.

V. Language
Trainings are given in Spanish, however the written documentation will be
provided in English.
