Instrument Section Modification Work.
1) Diffuser Section Scalding juice steam temperature.
Control Valve – 3 Nos. 2) Diffuser Bed height measurement level transmitter ( Ultrasonic Level transmitter) 3) Bagasse Dryer Automation. 1) Bagasse Elevator in let Bagasse motorised valve opening & closing with respect to I.D. outlet Temperature. 2) Hardware electrical inter lock when BC-4 tripped then BC – 3, BC – 2, BC – 1 & motorised valve also tripped.
Pan Section.
1) Condenser Automation jet & spray water nozzle solenoid
valve automation with respect to vacuum & Tail pipe temperature. 2) Ultrasonic Level sensor for sugar silo – 3 nos system. 3) Two loop PH control system for juice sulphitor now existing single loop.
