LAB DO’S AND DON’TS

DO’S

 Prior permission of concerned laboratory In-charge is mandatory for


working in the laboratory.
 Students should take off their shoes and put them on the rack provided
outside the laboratory before entering the computer laboratory.
 Always keep bags on the rack provided outside the laboratory.
 Every student must make an entry in Log Register while entering the
laboratory.
 Make sure that electrical equipment is turned off before plugging it
into the socket.
 Perform only those experiments authorized by your faulty. Carefully
follow all instructions written and oral.
 Silence must be maintained in laboratory at all times.
 Always keep laboratory clean and tidy.
 If any problem arises, please bring the same to the notice of laboratory
In-charge.
 Students must turn-off the computer before leaving computer
laboratory.
 Students must arrange chairs properly after completion of their work.
 Ensure that all lights and fans are switched off after the practical.

DON’TS

 Students are not permitted to use computer for playing games.


 Use of cell phone is strictly prohibited inside the computer laboratory.
 Food and/ or beverages are prohibited inside the computer laboratory.
 Students are not allowed to work in laboratory alone or without
presence of staff.
