Commissioning Procedure Related C&I Comments

1. PLC System

A) 1.5. Reference Document missing PLC control panel Schematic Drawing & PLC Network
configuration Drawing &PLC Vendor I/O list & Instrument data sheet & OPC interface DCS to PLC
Ethernet I/O list. So need to update existing page.

B) Attachment Not included such kind of redundancy test for (PLC Panel UPS power & Network
Communication) .also HMI NTP time sync test With GPS Clock.

2. Loop Test

A) Refer Attachment No 2 MOV loop test report Torque setting value & Seating Method Not Included.
So Need to Update Standard Format.

B) Refer Attachment No 2 analogue & On/Off pneumatic valve Loop Test Report Not Included
Manufacture Name, Type/Model & Valve Action, Travelling Time. So Need to update standard
Format.

C) Almost Commissioning procedure Switchgear Loop test Report Missing.

3. Reference Drawing No (1.5)

A) Instrument data sheet & O&M manual are not included in this document. Please clarify and update
the Reference Document. (At least need to write Drawing Ref No)

4. DCS & PLC Interlock test

A) Interlock test sheet Pump (selection & Auto change over) are not included in this document. Please
clarify and update.

B) Emergency stop should be added to Interlock test sheet.

C) Instrument Operating Set Points Missing for example (Vibration HH 168um & Tank level low 1m
…etc.)

D) Group sequence start /stop steps are not explain detailed.
