Purpose of The teacher wanted to evaluate the students need

collected She found that most of the students have been understood

conclusions know how to divide the shapes into half also, they have
drawn been taught the half of numbers so, the teacher abled to
draw and planning for future lessons .So, from this
assessment by giving them a simple worksheet about the
half of shapes like a review also, it help her to plan for
different strategies for individual students who needs more
help.
Actions The teacher found that this assessment effect on her
taken teaching because, it’s help her to plan for the future lesson
(Next steps) and, her way of teaching them by making quick review to
make sure that all students remember and, understand .So,
this assessment is a good way for the teacher to evaluate
their need and level.In addition, she planned to move to
the next learning outcomes.

check if she can move on to the next learning

Information The teacher found that most of the students
collected and understand the lesson very well, but there are
conclusions some of them get confused between the fractions
drawn so, the teacher was able to draw and, plan from
this assessment result. So, she plans to explain
more and, do more activities about fractions to
help them understand very well without get
confusing.

Actions taken The teacher found that this assessment effect on


her teaching because, it help her to make sure that
all the students understand easily and quickly so,
this assessment is a good way for her to plan for
the future lesson so, she planned to teach and,
gives them more activities and, when they
understand very well she could move to the next
learning outcomes.
