1. This document is a status report on reading levels in English for Olea National High School in District III, Pangasinan, Philippines for school years 2015-2016, 2016-2017, and 2017-2018. 2. It shows the number of students in each grade level that are reading at independent, instructional, frustration, and non-reader levels based on assessments given each school year. 3. Interventions like Project DARE and Project OYOS have been implemented, as well as a school remedial reading program, to improve students' reading abilities.
