JAMSHEDPUR, INDIA, selected for the position of ___TECHNICIAN I - ELECTRICAL, under JD No.
understand that a valid Qatari Driving License is required for my position. I am willing to apply
for a Qatari LMV driving license and would like to undergo training for the same at a driving
school in Qatar after I join Danem.

I understand that Danem will bear cost for obtaining the Qatari Driving License including the
driving school fees up to the cost of one full course training.

I understand that QP has the right to terminate my service if I fail to secure an LMV driving
license within a period of first 2 months with an additional grace period of one month (total 3
months) with QP & Danem. I hereby confirm that if I fail to clear the driving tests in the first 3
months and if Qatar Petroleum allow me to undergo another training course for the
continuation of service with them I will be responsible for my further training and related
expenses for obtaining a Qatari LMV Driving License.
