2. Discussed Accomplishments

3. Giving of Report Cards

The meeting started at 8:00 o’clock in the morning. There was a roll call of
parents. After that, I discussed the accomplishment of the class for the whole
year. I reminded the parents to follow up their children this coming vacation
especially their reading.

Giving of report card by parents was followed.

It ended at 9:00 in the morning.
