The resource can be used for any high school to graduate level course. It’s a great way to get someone involved in the class and to
make a footprint digitally that they can be proud of.

RESOURCE DESCRIPTION

Weebly is a free online website making tool. It allows you to make something that you can share with your class and the world. It
makes you the student responsible and the effort you show will be reflected to all who see your page.

INTEGRATION/IMPLEMENTATION IDEA – SCREENCASTING


How might you use this resource to promote student learning? Describe who will be doing the screencasting – you or your
students, and what purpose it will serve. I will be doing the screencasting and the students will follow along with me making their
Weebly pages. The students will be able to ask questions and follow along as I am leading the class through the instructions.

With the right in class instruction and student-teacher cooperation this can be a very useful way to get the students engaged in
the course as well as the world. It is important to be creative and unique and I think using a Weebly page as a part of the class is a
great way to do that.
