Kindergarten Teacher
 Provided students and parents with a smooth transition after I was relocated to reduce class sizes and meet
student needs.
 Continually evaluate and observe student progress to determine the setup of small group instruction.
 Use a wide variety of teaching strategies to enhance and maximize instructional time, such as small group
instruction, the gradual release model, higher-order thinking skills, and differentiated activities based on
learning styles and ability levels.
