I am a passionate and dedicated elementary teacher eager to create a classroom environment that is
open, discussion-based, and hands-on where students are able to have ownership of their learning
experience. I am seeking a full-time elementary teaching position in SFUSD, specifically in grades K-3. I
have received excellent training through Michigan State University with a full year of experience in urban
education. Upon completion of my internship program in May, I will hold a Michigan educator license for
grades K-8 and I am currently applying for a California educator license.
