Reflection on Sociological Perspectives

Sociological Perspectives and Paradigms contain many different aspects and

interactions that have to work together. In order to make the Paradigm what it, the

different parts need to correlate together. Doing this Writing assignment I got to know

more about each and every social paradigm. My mind was able to grasp this concept

even better after I wrote about it. When reading it I was unsure but once I was able to

put it into my own words I was automatically able to comprehend and understand it a lot

better.

I great part about this assignment was that since I was able to understand it all

better and use each perspective properly I was able to incorporate it into my other

assignment and projects. For example if a Family is to be evaluated all three social

perspectives come in play. A family has a basic function with one another and it is a

everyday normal function for the family members. There is always some kind of social

conflict within the family, and also everyday life. A family also has interactional

perspectives since every human acts and behaves differently.


Throughout my daily life I see this social Paradigms occurring all around me.

After taking this class and being able to do these writing assignment with this great

knowledge I am able to apply these rules and perspectives into all situations. When I

can place the type of problem and perspective together I am also able to figure out how

to solve the issue head on. This assignment has opened my eyes to many great new

and exciting knowledge.
