her in the area of direct teaching.

She has take a lot of initiative and jumps right into things without being prompted. I haven't had to ask/tell
r much. She circulates around the room during appropriate times and engages with students appropriately
und proactively. She does a good job redirecting off-task students as needed. The class has a very positive
view of her and asks when she is coming back!
