LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION

I am very much pleased to recommend Mr. J as a prospective student for graduate


program. I have known him for the past 4 years as an undergraduate student of Electronics &
Communication Engineering at this college and I had many opportunities to observe him close
quarters. I would like to elucidate few facts about him that impressed me the most.

is quite ambitious and career driven. He works hard to achieve his goals and is committed to his
work. He is emotionally matured, confident and good-natured. He is very interactive in the class
and endorses the discussions with cogency and natural ease. This combined by his pragmatic
approach has always kept ahead of his peers. Blessed with eminent analytical abilities and an
acute sense of reasoning he can analyze enigmatic problems exceptionally well and come out
with good formulations. He is a student with self-reliance and good levels of self-confidence.

Prasad’s deep understanding of the subject, as well as his quest for knowledge constantly
impressed me. He has repeatedly proved his conceptual ability and creative outlook in the
classroom debates with his novel problem solving methods. He has flair for keeping himself
abreast with latest developments in technology.

Keeping in view all the above stated facts I would place him among the top 20% of his class
students. With his self confidence and intellectual ability, he will excel graduate studies and I
recommend him to be awarded an assistantship to enable him pursue his further studies.
