Here are the steps to capitalize the city column: 1. Select the entire city column 2. Go to the "Home" tab 3. Click the "=UPPER(" button to apply the UPPER function 4. This will convert all the text in the city column to uppercase letters The UPPER function makes all text uppercase regardless of case. Applying it to the entire city column will standardize the cities to be in capital letters for easier sorting/filtering.
