The Contractor must ensure the accuracy of all deliverables, work, and documentation of existing features. The review does not remove the Contractor's contractual liabilities or responsibility to verify the quality and accuracy of the work.

The Contractor is liable to complete the Works in
accordance to the Contract. The review made by the Employer/Employer's representative does not relieve the Contractor of his Contractual liabilities and/or responsibility to ensure or verify the accuracy of the deliverables, Works and existing features.
